Our minimum order for INK PRINTED garments is 24 pieces per design. Our minimum for HEAT PRESSED garments is 12 pieces per design.
Minimums for custom flat stock or poster printing are 50 pieces. We are able to facilitate smaller orders but this is done on a case by case basis, so please contact us with any questions.
We go the extra mile in making sure that we don’t start printing until we are sure that we are all on the same page. Once we receive your art and product description, we start making a digital mock-up (or proof) of your design. Once you have approved the design or made any notes for us to change, we are ready to start printing. In some cases we will print a physical sample for your approval before we start printing your actual merchandise.
Our aim is to simplify the ordering process for you. Just complete our quote request form and return it via email. Please provide detailed information, including quantities and the number of colors in your designs, as these factors affect pricing. We'll review your details and typically respond within the same day to discuss your quote. (If you have a rush order or specific requirements not covered in our form, feel free to give us a call.) Upon approval of pricing, our Art Department will create your proofs. Once you've signed off on the mock-ups, we'll collect full payment for your order and move it into the printing queue.
Plastisol ink offers easy printing, prevents screen drying, and bonds effectively to various materials like textiles, ceramics, and wood. Its opacity on dark garments and ability to generate high-detail, color-rich prints make it a versatile choice.
