Do you really have no order minimums?

Yes, truly. You can order a single shirt and we'll print it with the same care as a 100-piece run. No tricks, no price penalties for small orders, no "minimum for this product type" fine print. One shirt is a real order here.

How long does it take to get my order?

For DIY custom orders, most are fulfilled and shipped within 3–5 business days after you approve your proof. If you have a hard deadline — a birthday, an event, a trip — let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. The RI Collection ships within 2–4 business days since those items are ready to go. We ship from Providence, RI, so if you're local or anywhere in New England, you're usually looking at very fast delivery times.

How does the custom design process work?

It's straightforward: upload your artwork (PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, or PSD work great — the higher resolution, the better), choose your garment style, color, and sizes, and place your order. We'll send you a digital proof within 1 business day. Once you approve it, we print and ship. If you need to tweak the placement, size, or anything else on the proof, just let us know — we don't start printing until you're happy.

What if I don't have a design yet?

We can help. Use our online design tool to build something from scratch, or reach out to us directly and we can discuss custom design services. Got a rough idea or a sketch? Send it over. We've worked with everything from napkin drawings to full brand guidelines.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our garments run from XS through 3XL, depending on the style. Size charts are available on every product page so you can measure up before you order. If you have specific sizing needs — like a very large or tall cut — reach out before ordering and we'll point you to the best options.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Because custom orders are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges on custom printed items unless there's a defect or a printing error on our end. If something arrives wrong — wrong design, wrong color, quality issue — we'll make it right. No hassle, no runaround. For the RI Collection, unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

What is the RI Collection?

The RI Collection is our in-house line of Rhode Island-themed apparel — tees, hoodies, crewnecks, and more — designed specifically for people who actually live here and love this state. Think Providence skyline art, 401 pride, Narragansett Bay, local culture references. New pieces drop seasonally. It's the opposite of generic tourist gear.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the United States. We're based in Providence, RI, so New England orders tend to arrive especially fast. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

What file format should I use for my custom design?

We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PSD (Photoshop). For best results, use a PNG at 300 DPI or higher, or a vector file (SVG or AI). If your file is lower resolution, our team will flag it before printing — we won't run something that's going to look blurry on your shirt.

Do you work with businesses or teams?

Absolutely. We work with restaurants, bars, sports teams, schools, nonprofits, small businesses, event organizers, and everyone in between. Whether it's 2 shirts or 200, no minimums means you're never locked into more than you need. Reach out directly if you have a larger order and want to talk through your options.
