  • All custom and personalized items are final sale.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Wholesale Blank Products

  • Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery with prior approval.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • A restocking fee may apply.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Provide order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit
